Shipping Information

  1. How soon after I place my order will it ship and how will I know when it does ship?
    All orders placed before 2:00 PM CST (Monday - Friday), will be shipped out that same day they are ordered. WristCo will email this information and you will receive a tracking number from UPS. If your requested order is out of stock, WristCo will contact you by telephone or email.



    UPS determines shipping days as "business" days; Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays are not included. Go to www.ups.com for accurate time in transit.
  2. Why is my credit card declining?
    We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit cards. Please verify all the information is entered correctly. The billing address on the account MUST match all the information on the credit card including Cardholder’s name and Billing address.
  3. Do you offer volume discounts?
    Volume discounted pricing is available on orders totaling 20 boxes or more. Note: Volume discounts do not apply for custom imprinted wristbands. If your discount does not show up online, it will be applied once your order is submitted. Please contact Customer Service at 800-261-2070 with any questions.  
  4. How do I know if I received my full order?
    Our boxes can hold 1,000 wristbands (2 boxes). Shipping will combine boxes when possible to save on shipping costs. Since the bands are consecutively numbered, it will be easy to verify your quantities.
  5. Do you accept Purchase Orders?
    We do not accept Purchase orders online. If you need to pay by check or PO, please call Customer Service at 800-261-2070. Please be aware that pricing online is cheaper than through Customer Service. If you prepay online you can save extra money.
  6. I am tax exempt can I still order?
    Tax is not charged on orders shipping outside the state of Wisconsin. If you are within the state and are tax exempt please contact Customer Service at 800-261-2070. Please provide your tax exempt form.
  7. What are my payment options?
    Credit cards are the only method of payment allowed for online orders. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We do not accept international credit cards.
  8. What are my shipping options?
    WristCo utilizes UPS for shipping and we only ship within the United States. You have the option of Ground or express shipping. UPS will not ship to most Army/Air Forces Bases. UPS will not ship to a PO Box. A physical address is required.
  9. How do I find out how much shipping is?
    Once you select your bands and proceed to ‘checkout’, the UPS page will open up. It will list pricing for each method of shipping available. You choose the type of shipping you prefer. If you wish to have an approximation of shipping costs prior to ordering, please contact Customer Service at 800-261-2070.
  10. Is the website secure to input my credit card information?
    All customers are protected when ordering online. We provide a secure site to ensure a safe and easy ordering process.
  11. What is your return policy?
    Any returns will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. This fee will apply to all returned items in acceptable condition. Only items in acceptable condition may be returned. Custom orders are not returnable except for reason of defect. In such case, we must be notified within 10 days of delivery. Our Closeout items are not returnable.
